A second year property branding project, helping to promote Merchant Quarter. Merchant Quarter is a brand new development that comprises of 52 shared ownership apartments based in Silvertown, East London. Each apartment is tastefully designed with their stylish yet contemporary interiors, aimed at a younger audience of first time buyers. 'City sophisticates' as they are put by Notting Hill Sales Genesis.
This main purpose of the project, was to develop a marketing campaign for this new upcoming development. This consisted of producing a unique brand identity, property brochure and marketing campaign that would help to show off and sell the Merchant Quarter development to its target audience in the best possible way. The identity developed, takes inspiration from the history of Silvertown and in particular, the dockland cranes. The identity developed for the project, is contemporary and one that accurately reflects the apartments themselves, connecting to the younger audience of 'city sophisticates' who the developments were aimed towards.
